The multipurpose building is composed of 4 floors in the East and South sides, which includes spaces for parking (floor -2), archive (Floor -1), restaurant and exhibition rooms (Floor 0), as well as offices (level 1 ). In this area is foreseen an intermediate floor (1st floor) for more offices. In the West and South sides, the building is composed of only 2 floors including areas for warehouses, unloading bay (floor -1), and exhibition and public reception areas (floor 0).
In the central area of the building there is a water deposit feeded by a fountain located on the East. It is also foreseen the incorporation, in the new building, of two old buildings in ruins and a chimney.
The circulation of people and vehicles between floors is provided by stairways, elevators and ramps in the specific case of access of vehicles to the unloading bay (Floor -1) and the car park (floor -2).
In structural terms, it deserves special attention the steel trusses from the exhibition room since they form a type of manufacturing roof in the form of "sheds" with a maximum span of 60m and the 3 beams of reinforced concrete on the east with 43m span.
