14300,00 m 2
Bricor building has an area of approximately 14,300 m plant, spread over areas of the store, offices, warehouse and loading dock. ~
The free height in the store is between about 8.5 and 9.5m in height free storage varies between 6.7 and 7.5me offices is about 3.9M.
The building structure consists of concrete pillars disposed in a circular loop in the area of ??16x16 m store concrete pillars arranged in a square mesh 8x8m in the area of the warehouse and front pillars metal away from 8m. The roof of the building consists of main beams in the columns labeled timber.
On the main beams supporting the beams, also labeled and arranged in a "staggered" between one side of the main beams and the other by imposition of architecture. The beams support a cover of the "Deck". It is expected that the connection of the cover to the concrete pillar is effected by means of an embedded metal profiles at the top thereof.
In the area of the pier there is a discharge flap about 6.5x32m. 32m one side is supported only at the ends so as not to obstruct the entry and exit of the trucks. To remedy this we used tubular metal that connect the board referred to in the existing pillars opposite edge and are high in relation to the overall coverage Bricor. These profiles serve as tie rods and control the deformation of the blade.
