Building with three main uses: Congress Centre with 47.000m2, 17.250m2 and a Hotel Parking Underground with 14.650m2, which is the "interface".
The analysis and design of the three spaces were made separately, ensuring however operation as a whole. At the Congress Centre, the main structural elements of the building are the front walls and the inner walls of the main longitudinal and transverse reinforcement of concrete. The outer walls have a thickness of 0.60 m, and relaxed in certain areas. This thickness should be in fact form a console-dimensional, high range, which supports the slab in prestressed beams and the floor cover "Foyer / Exhibition". The remaining structure of the building is a laminar structure of slabs supported by reinforced concrete walls and steel lattice beams which have in certain situations a joint operation.
The Hotel has a skeletal structure consisting of vertical blades, interior walls, reinforced concrete, stopped at floor level 0 and level the floor of the car park, level -2 by reinforced concrete pillars.
