The Project of Housing Queen Leonor consists in the upgrading and transformation of the existing 150 houses, however keeping the existing typologies, T1, T2 and T3. All the blocks of residential housing has two floors - the floor 0 and floor 1.
The houses in question have a rectangular shape in plan, one floor and are characterized by having direct access to the outside and all have street addresses. The lower floor, called 0 floors have level access to the outside (street or public place), with areas of 48m2 (T1), 67m2 (T2) and 81m2 (T3).
The upper floors, called a floor have access to the outside (street or logardouro) through existing stairs or run, thus defeating an unevenness of 2.75 m. Like the lower floors have areas of 48m2 (T1), 67m2 (T2) and 81m2 (T3).
The interior of the dwelling has been completely refurbished, with some intervention at the level of structures, which were analyzed by the structural elements to maintain or remove / demolish. As for plumbing, were not utilized any type of networks and links.
