The Designer Outlet do Algarve is a commercial space composed of about 62 stores and 1 restaurant, with common outdoor areas, that is, only the stores and service corridors are covered. There is also an outdoor pedestrian connection with the IKEA Centers Shopping Center (1st floor), made with a metal walkway.

The commercial space is located in an intervention area of approximately 23,350 m2, while the gross construction area (covered) is about 19,280 m2.

The structure of the buildings is essentially made up of reinforced concrete foundations, pillars and platbands, wooden beams and roofs, and metal sheet on the roof. Above the roof there are also metallic structures, namely to support HVAC equipment (close to the façades with less visibility) and to support high walls above the roof, as well as the complete structure of the restaurant.
