The building is located in a land with an area of approximately 4.700sqm and with a large difference of levels (about thirteen meters) between the limits of the lot, with natural pendent from Northwest to Southeast. 

The entire project was developed jointly between the Architecture and Engineering Specialties in order to better integrate and optimize all aspects that he covers. The building, designed in this way, is functionally developed into three floors. 

- Ground floor: where is located the heart of the functional building: the open space with a high ceiling, high ceiling with rest and training rooms, technical floor where all equipment and coverage will be located, providing protection to the equipments that are located in the technical floor, and central zone, lowered, consisting of a metal grid, allows the ventilation and air circulation needed of such equipment, in the same manner that integrates the rainwater reuse system from the roof. The structural solution was based on the broad principles of construction speed, the lightness of the building and versatility of the interior spaces. 

The adoption of a main peripheral metal structure placed in the façades allows the creation of large internal spans and consequently an enormous versatility of the spaces, a concept that is reinforced by the centralization of the technical lead in structural voids.
