The project was inspired by the stilts of the Brazilian Amazon and will be on the river Guama river that is born near the border of Pará and Maranhão and empties into the Bay Guajará, opposite the capital of Pará ITV - will be returned to Bethlehem sustainable development and with this in view, the building itself will be sustainable.

Another concern of Paulo Mendes da Rocha and Piratininga Architects Team was interfere as less as possible in the local environment. There are 14 pairs of pillars provided every 20 meters that support the building, forming a range of 30 meters with swings of 10 meters. The solution structure resembles the deck of a ship, rather than float in water, is suspended in the air. The research is a block building with lanky axis towards North-South.
