Early XX century building construction.  Façade conservation and introduction of a new structural core that stands for the high requirements in terms of quality and habitability deemed for the new typologies.

Integrated technical network system conception. Directives of flexibility and mutability to the change of uses and compartmentation, exploring costs and energy wastings reduction with the assurance of an adequate thermohygrometric, luminotechnical and acoustic comfort.
