Lotto Rd Residential Complex is part of Milan Fair Requalification area, and its architects are Eduardo Souto de Moura [Souto de Moura  Arquitectos] and Anton Garcia Avril [Ensamble Studios]
The project consists of two Towers with 37 floors (each one with 800m2), reaching a height of about 143m. The underground basement, with 3 floors, makes the connection of the two towers.

Each architect proposed a singular solution, with large differences. Shortly we will have a transparent building (ESM) and a more opaque (AVA), with complete structural solutions. Since the requirements of the Owner of Work are the same for the two towers, as regards the services we have to define solutions that ensure optimum effectiveness.
